Orders placed after December 21st will not ship before the 27th and orders placed on or after December 28th will ship between January 3rd and 4th. For orders with engraving, please add a 48-hour delay to these dates.

*Please note that these deadlines exclude extremely remote cities.


SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders of $65 or more.

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is Canada Post.

Canada Post - Expedited

$7.95 regardless of the amount of order. Delivery between 2 to 5 business days after the order date depending on geographic location.

Canada Post - Xpresspost

$9.95 regardless of the amount of order. Delivery between 1 to 4 business days after the order date depending on geographic location.

Canada Post - Priority

$14.95 regardless of the amount of order. Delivery between 1 to 2 business days after the order date depending on geographic location.

Delays may occur in the case of extreme weather or if shipping to remote areas. Please note that due to Air Safety regulations, we cannot ship orders containing Hazardous Materials (sprays-alcohol) through Xpresspost or Priority service. Orders containing hazardous materials will be shipped through Expedited service. Take note that some remote areas can only be delivered by air. For these regions we will unfortunately be unable to ship orders containing Hazardous Materials (sprays-alcohol).

CHANGE SUBMITTED ORDERS

YSL Beauty cannot modify orders that have been already placed, but we will always do our best to accommodate your needs. If you need to change an order you have already placed, please contact us as soon as possible at 1-844-975-8855.To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your Yslbeauty.ca purchase, we will be happy to accept a return within 30 days of delivery. Returns are not permitted after the allowable return period.
Please follow these steps:

UNOPENED AND UNUSED

1. Pack the items along with a copy of your invoice.
2. Returns must be prepaid; please note return shipping fees are not refundable. We suggest you return via Canada Post. Please return to:

The refund will be issued within 15 days of receiving your parcel. You will receive an email once the refund is completed.
