Answer to common questions
To receive the YSL newsletter , simply click on the link ''Email Sign Up'' at the top of the site. Then fill in the fields "Email" and click "Subscribe".
You can also do so whilst creating your own account and check "yes" to the question "Would you like to sign up for our newsletter and be notified of our exclusive offers?".
Click "OK" so that your choice is registered.
On the website, you can find all sorts of information about the brand, our products and exclusive offers.
To create an account, simply click on 'My account' at the top of the site.
Subsequently click on 'Create' in the left column.
Fill in the required fields and click on "Create account" once all completed at the bottom of the page.
Your ID is easy to find: it's your email address.
If you forget your password, go to the "Sign in" and click on "Forgotten password?" Your password will be sent to your e-mail.
You can unsubscribe from the YSL Beauty newsletter with a single click on the link at the bottom of page in the last newsletter you received.
You can also send an email to customer service by writing in the subject line the word "unsubscribe".
When you make an online purchase, you enjoy a selection of samples in the list that is available.

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is Canada Post.

$9.95 regardless of the amount of order. Delivery between 1 to 4 business days after the order date depending on geographic location.
CANADA POST - PRIORITY
$14.95 regardless of the amount of order. Delivery between 1 to 2 business days after the order date depending on geographic location.
The L'Oréal products offered for sale on the site Yves Saint Laurent are intended for your personal use, not directly related to your professional activity. In this regard, you should note that your order must not exceed a total of $1900CAD. In addition, you cannot add more than five (5) products of the same reference to the basket during the same sale. If the order exceeds the above amount and/or number, you will not be able to complete your order.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your Yslbeauty.ca purchase, we will be happy to accept a return within 30 days of delivery. Returns are not permitted after the allowable return period.

1. Pack the items along with a copy of your invoice.
2. Returns must be prepaid; please note return shipping fees are not refundable. We suggest you return via Canada Post. Please return to:

The refund will be issued within 15 days of receiving your parcel. You will receive an email once the refund is completed.

YSL Beauty's exclusive engraving service is currently available for all Vinyl Cream, Glossy Stain, Pop Water, Rouge Volupté, Volupté Tint-In-Balm and Rouge Pur Couture lipsticks purchased on yslbeauty.ca. This excludes gift sets and discounted products. YSL Beauty reserves the right to remove any product of the engraving service at all time and to cancel an engraved order at all times. Check back regularly as more of your YSL favourites will become available to engrave!
Engraving is currently a complimentary service on lipstick products purchased on yslbeauty.ca. There is no additional cost at this time.
Unfortunately, engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged unless due to product defect. If the product is returned, we will not issue a credit note and we will not be able to return the product back to you.
Our engraving experts have determined the best placement for the engraving on the product. This will ensure the best results for your engraved product.
At this time, we do not offer the option to select a desired font or placement. Our engraving experts have pre-determined the ideal font and placement for the best results.
You can select the option to add engraving to your product by checking the Complimentary Engraving box right above the Add to Shopping Bag button on the product page. After checking the box, you will have the ability to customize your message or monogram by clicking on the Add to Shopping Bag.
We are not held responsible for packages delivered to a wrong address which was provided by a customer during the checkout process. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping details. Once an order is processed, we are unable to modify any details such as shipping information. Assuming that the item(s) returns to us, a refund will be processed.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. In this email, you will find a different tracking option.
From the confirmation of the shipment of your order, the products are delivered within a period of 2 to 5 business days on average by Canada Poste. The delivery time does not include Sundays and public holidays.
The tracking of your order by Canada Poste link is available in your shipping confirmation email.
